The selected account looks wrong
- Stop sending new turns. Inspect the pane provider/account and the rejected or completed run receipt.
- Check pane/project overrides, stored-run identity and Loadout role bindings. Creating a profile root does not sign it in.
- Finish active turns before changing a selection. Confirm the switch actually applied, then try a bounded task.
Do not log out another account, copy credential files or rewrite session IDs to force ownership.
Quota exhaustion versus model capacity
Quota relates to the effective account and reported reset. Model saturation may affect a particular model without a quota reset. Preserve the rejected prompt. Retry on another supported model/account explicitly and inspect the resulting identity; a different model need not mean a different quota pool.
Clear All does not erase the underlying cause
Open Notifications and use Clear All or Clear Board. They change shared unread state and preserve history. A genuinely new observation can become unread again. If icons and the feed disagree persistently, refresh and compare app/CLI build identities; capture the timestamp and counts without private content. Silence/Off preferences differ from marking messages read.
The community catalog is incomplete
A degraded status means one or more community requests failed or timed out. Bundled items remain available. Offline file preview cannot certify registry freshness. Do not treat a populated fallback as proof the remote service worked. Failed Copy means select the visible command/source and copy manually.
A comment or note did not sync
Inspect Sync Activity and its exact target, destination, state and receipt. Local save is not remote delivery. Reopen the eligible original retry, verify its binding and rebuild stale review. Preserve conflicting branches; do not create a duplicate post or broaden repository visibility.
History or handoff is missing
Filter by the row's provider/account, not the live Chat selection. A failed archive read is not an empty archive. Native resume requires compatible ownership; otherwise use reviewed handoff or a clean start. Retain the source conversation when a bridge fails.
A fixed feature still behaves like the old build
Compare the running app, installed bundle and CLI separately. Relaunch only at a safe time. A source commit and a rebuilt app do not prove the shared CLI changed. Coordinate binary replacement with any active experiment owner.
Report a useful, private-safe reproduction
Collect the version, platform, timestamp, exact action and content-free error. Remove account identifiers, credentials and private transcript content. A security issue needs a verified private route, not a public issue. See support boundaries.
